US domestic shipping
Standard Shipping is included in the price of all custom items, although there is an additional cost if you wish to insure your package with the shipping company. All other orders- shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We use UPS for our delivery options, Delivery Options Include: Express (1-2 days), Ground (3-5 days). Once the product has been received by the delivery company Stone Designs releases all liability to the damage of items in transit.
International shipping
All international shipping is NOT included in the price of custom items. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and added to the total cost. We use UPS for all international shipments with delivery options of UPS Worldwide express (1-3 business days) and US Worldwide Expedited (2-5 days), and UPS Worldwide Economy (5-12 business days). Once the product has been received by the delivery company Stone Designs releases all liability to the damage of items in transit.
Returns
Return Cost
Cost of Returns falls upon the customer, if we are at fault we will cover return shipping of any item no matter if it is custom item or a regular item.
30 Days to Return
Customers can return unused, undamaged (unless delivered damaged) items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they have a proof of purchase. Due to constant changes in availability we allow for 30 days before an item is no longer allowed to be returned.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for the difference. Customers can return unused, undamaged (unless delivered damaged) items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they have a proof of purchase. For returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake by us or a defect in the item.
All Custom orders are NOT eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
